Our programmes and projects empowering women and people living with HIV/AIDS through health, education, advocacy and community support in Nakuru County.

PROGRAMME 01

HIV & AIDS

Our HIV programme combines prevention, treatment support, community empowerment, and rights-based advocacy so vulnerable populations can access quality, stigma-free services and live healthy, productive lives.

PROGRAMME 02

Tuberculosis (TB)

Reducing the burden of TB through early detection, screening, referrals, and treatment-completion support — with a strong focus on TB/HIV co-infection.

Sexual & Reproductive Health

Promoting equitable access to quality sexual and reproductive health services, information, and education for women, girls, adolescents, and communities.

Mental Health & Psychosocial Support

Improving psychosocial wellbeing and social inclusion for people living with HIV and communities affected by stigma, trauma, and life stressors.

Nutrition

Promoting nutrition security, healthy living, and improved health outcomes — with targeted support for people living with HIV, pregnant women, and mothers.

Community Health Systems

Strengthening peer educators, community groups, and local structures to build responsive, people-centred, and accountable health systems.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

Clean water, safe sanitation, and good hygiene for healthier communities — working with schools, groups, and local leaders to prevent disease.

Gender & Health

Advancing gender equality and better health outcomes for women and girls living with HIV by tackling the systemic barriers that limit access and protection.

Youth & Adolescent Health

Empowering adolescents and young people to lead healthy, productive lives through youth-friendly, peer-led, and digital approaches.
